I attempted to speak with the ownership and ask them to show some degree of understanding, but their position was they were allowed to charge the exorbitant fee and were sticking to it. I am aware that most other tow services within the City of Poplar Bluff do show understanding for people and their families under the same circumstances. If you do business with them, please be aware of the type of business you are supporting.
