Love shopping here. My son bought his first pair of leather army boots at JP's. He wore them for about 5 hours and he came inside upset that his boots had cracked leather all over. I called JP's and told them what had happened and in a day or two they got back with me. They ordered him a brand new pair of boots. My son is Autistic and JP's understood what that pair of boots meant to him. JP's went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. JP's is a great place to shop for the whole family, they literally have something for everyone. Thank y'all for caring about your customers, that's a rare find these days. God Bless.
