I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this florist!! I contacted them late on a Friday afternoon with a very special request for a funeral that was to take place the very next morning. They were so incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient with me, and they made sure that they made what I was looking for, even though I was giving them such short notice. This, to me, is TRULY A FLORIST WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION! And, I was an out of town customer, so they may not have ever heard from me again, yet they still went the extra mile to make everything PERFECT! As it turns out, I do have family in Poplar Bluff, and I will graciously continue to do business with Butterfly Hill Florist. They are THE BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
